Levrier by Jo Irvine

Jo Irvine is the soul of Lévrier Wines. She dreamt to have her own brand in 2014, and by late 2017 Lévrier Wines by Jo Irvine was born. As a second-generation winemaker, Jo Irvine had her career began at a very early age. Her first experience in the winery was undertaking the ritual tasting of ferments and wine blending. Then, she pursued a very different career as a theatre nurse.

 

Life went the full circle and in the early 90’s, she attended university to pursue her enduring passion for winemaking. A few years later and working six vintages straight in both the Barossa Valley and California USA, she made her passion her career. Lévrier Wines won a lot of international awards, such as: 2019 Inducted into Barons of Barossa Grand Council and Halliday's top 10 new wineries in Australia (2018).
