Esprit De Pavie

Gérard Perse, the owner of the renowned Château Pavie, Château Pavie-Decesse, Monbousquet and Château Bellevue-Mondotte estates, has also created "Esprit de Pavie" with Bordeaux appellation. Esprit de Pavie comes from a great diversity of terroirs, situated on the south-facing slopes of the Dordogne valley, and characterized by three types of soil: sandy-gravely foothills, clay hillsides, clay limestone plateau.

 

Most importantly, Esprit de Pavie enjoys the same care and attention in winemaking as its illustrious siblings, ensuring the quality of each bottle maintain high.
